We stayed here for 3 nights and loved everything. There's ample parking, rooms are cleaned daily with towels changed, robes and all the toiletries are provided, and the location is convenient, close to Nusa Dua Beach, a 5-minute drive away. Everything was great! However, there's one annoying thing: the bathroom light turns on when you sense movement and turns off after 5 minutes or less. This is very inconvenient when taking a bath or shower; by the time you've drained the water until it's hot and soaped up, the light turns off. You have to go to the center of the room and it will turn on.

The staff is friendly and very kind, the villas are absolutely beautiful, clean and in perfect conditions, the hotel is well located, supermarket, nice bakeries and different services around.
